today woke up kinda early..went to gym. haix..was feelin very rotten. :/


was at de gym..ran treadmills, did weights, crunches n de lifting thingy. lifted like..more than 100 times at one go..almost killed myself man. usually..i do 10-20 wanna die alr. jus felt like throwing out my anger n stuffs..so jus keep doing n doing

those gymers tat walked past were like staring at me la. y tis crazy guy do until wanna die alr stil don wan stop. hahas.. was perpiring like..rain. i tink tml wake up confirm have muscle aches. haix


now alr kinda pain.

damn. i tot maybe..i jus overexert by exercising or jus doin vigorous things will help me escape..n not tink of it. but smehow..it jus doesnt,help.


im jus very sorry. all i wish is tat... u wont be so silly. let me go.
